Hi everyone so it's time for my monthly challenge post from treasured times rubber stamps.  This month I decided to use a stamp by mi ran Jung which is one of our exclusive stamps over at treaured times. I love the image and it was such a beautiful image to colour with my spectrum noir pens which are a new pen for me. Here's hoping I get good at colouring and blending with them when ive done a bit more of my kit and clowder class. Anyway so I used lots of washi tape and glitter on this card so I hope you like and leave me lots of festive comments.

Christmas makes!!

Hi everyone so it's beginning to get to that lovely time of year.
I've been busy busy creating cards for a few orders ive had this year so I thaught I would show them off to you and see what you all think. These cards are made using tiddly inks stamps and two Anita card kits.

I love the anita card kits as they are great value for money and so versatile. The tiddly inks stamps I got free a few months back with a copy of one of my favourite magazines, quick cards. I love tiddly Inks images and they are a recent love of mine as I am just beginning a colouring class over at kit and clowder and they use tiddly inks to do some of the class sections over there.

Anyway I hope you like and please feel free to comment.

little witch

hey guys, nia here so its time for another one of my posts and this time i have chosen to use the little witch stamp. i love this stamp i fell in love with it as soon as i saw it she is so cute.
i coloured her using promarkers and decided to give her a purple theme as i didnt want to use the traditional black as i knew i would be using a black card so i decided on a purple and back theme.
after coloring her i die cut the image out and added her onto the back card and then added lots of flowers and gems to help her stand out.

maybe not the traditional halloween card but i love her and here she is:
please let me know what you think thanks for looking and id love you to follow me.

hanging around!!

hi everyone so todays card is one that i havnt had the pleasure of attempting before, a childs card! a friend asked me to do a card for a two year old boy and my first instinct was eekk!! i thaught id try it and hope it doesnt go awfully wrong but here is my attempt
i created this using a digi i had from a free cd that i got with a magazine, i printed out the image and found it was quite big so i thaught this would be a great size to attempt my first 8x8 card to which i havnt mananged to do yet. i coloured him using promarkers then added the stripey and spotty papers as a background, i added the stars in the corners and backed everything in red and green papers and i dont think its turned out to bad, my eekk is not so big now as this one isnt to bad so i hope he will be happy with it.
thanks for looking guys

my first challenge team design :-)

so this is something new for me today, this is my first post as part of the design team for treasured times rubber stamps. i am really excited to be a part of this amazing team of gals and i hope you will go and take a look at the challenge for today and take a look at the other guys blogs and look at all the amazing creations for the other ladies as they have created some amazing designs which i know you will love, (dont forget to get your fancy creations in the competition too)

anyway so this card today is made using the a happy hello flower set. i started out by using the flower in the pot and colouring this using my promarkers this is how it turned out...
i think it turned out pretty well :-) next i coloured some of the flowers and leaves that are part of the set to be used on the card using shades of pink and blue, (colour combination will work at the end :-) ) next i cut out some pink card and some terquoise patterned paper to act as the cards background, i then cut out a multicoloured flower paper in a circle and added a scolloped circle around, i stuck all of this down now and this is the end result............

I would love to know what you think of my first project so please leave me lots of comments.
thank you so much and thank you for reading

its a gorjuss day today!!!!

hi again so you will hopefully have seen my little banner appear on fb or on the side of my blog stating that I now design cards using digis from treasured time stamps.
I have been a little quiet lately as I have been getting my head round all this as it is all new to me but it is all sorted now so I an back to what I enjoy :-)

I made two cards today but one is for a birthday later this week so I will post that pic later on as I dont want to spoil the surprise :-). the other card I made was a pretty simple gorjuss one, using a brown card I then added a vintage paper which I got in a stack from the works,  I then mounted this onto a piece of red card. I then die cut out a piece of the same red card and the gorjuss image and added brads and then mounted it all together.

thank you for looking and I hope you will leave some comments.
big hugs

hi again.
so not had a great deal of time to craft this week with being back in work :( its been so busy and im a lazy bum at home just wanting to eat and finish off series two of orange is the new black but heres another make of mine, comments more than welcome  :)
this card i made using a scolloped card then i cut out a square of this flowered paper i got in a paper pack called wild blossoms collection which i got free with quick cards magazine a while ago, i mounted this onto black paper as i thaught this may make it 'pop' a little then i stamped the cupcake stand onto white paper and coloured with pro markers and them again mounted this onto black and white paper to make it stand out. i finally did the same with the just a note stamp, then i stuck it all down and added gems into each corner.

hope you like this latest creation

sunday crafting :)

hi guys. ive had a pretty lazy day today as i go back to work tomorrow after a weeks holiday :) but a Sunday for me lately is not complete without a craft session so ive got a couple of creations to show you which i would love your opinions on. thank you so much for looking, Nia xxx
so this is the first card that i made. last week i bought a stamp from hobbicraft (i love hobbicraft can you tell already :) ) the stamp is riverbank revels and also the backing paper i used is also from a pack by the same range which i found in the works on friday :). I coloured the image using my promarkers and then mounted that onto a piece of red plain paper. next i cut the yellow and green backing papers and i cut them to size and placed them onto red paper like the stamped image. finally i found a happy birthday stamp and added that onto a piece of white paper and added that onto red paper again. finally i mounted it all onto a scolloped card and added some small gems in the corner of the image (self stick this time, much easier i find)
this is the second card i made today i got the image online from papercraftmagazines.com, i got a copy of simply cards and papercraft and this image was one of four you could download for free. i coloured this again with promarkers and then cut it out and mounted it onto some turquoise card. next i took some pink pearl card and embossed it with the flower pattern which i got free from a magazine a month or so back. then i again mounted this onto turquoise card and mounted this onto a scalloped card. finally i just added four gems in the corner to finish it off.

thank you for looking again and i hope you like my images. i hope you could leave me a comment about what you think.
